Guide Executive Services LLC was founded to address two key areas of leadership development that I am deeply passionate about. First, early intervention in leadership development is essential for maximizing the long-term potential of new and emerging leaders, equipping them with the skills and mindset needed to drive meaningful impact throughout their careers. Second, bridging critical leadership gaps in healthcare is crucial, as many industry leaders lack clinical experience, while highly skilled clinicians often have limited formal training in business and leadership. I believe that strong leadership at all levels is the foundation of thriving organizations, and by empowering leaders, I can help amplify their positive impact on teams, organizations, and society as a whole.

Early intervention with executive coaching can help solidify strong leadership behaviors during this critical developmental period, allowing young professionals to become more effective leaders earlier in their careers. As a physician, I understand the importance of direct patient impact; however, by empowering healthcare leaders, I can extend that impact to countless individuals. My Professional Journey
I graduated summa cum laude from Emory University before earning my medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. I then completed my emergency medicine residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where I served as chief resident. During this time, I developed a strong interest in healthcare leadership, leading me to pursue an Administrative Fellowship in Emergency Medicine through ApolloMD.
Through my administrative training, I gained a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and the challenges leaders face within the industry. Concurrently, I completed my Executive MBA at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, further strengthening my ability to navigate the intersection of healthcare, business, and leadership.
Committed to lifelong learning, I expanded my abilities by completing the Emory Executive Coaching Diploma Program, earning both the Foundations and Advanced Executive Coaching Certificates. I chose to pursue executive coaching to make a greater impact—helping leaders reach their full potential not only strengthens organizations but also enhances patient care and contributes to a healthier society. By empowering leaders to be more effective, I aim to drive meaningful change that extends beyond individuals to the teams, organizations, and communities they serve.
Today, I have the privilege working with new and ambitious leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals dedicated to continuous growth, while also caring for patients in my community.
